Comcast Business has implemented a number of new safety and reliability measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees, while continuing to help your customers maintain service continuity.
We are still scheduling service appointments, and are taking precautions regarding technicians who handle appointments, including the use of face masks, and will need to reschedule appointments if your customers’ business employees are sick, have been quarantined or exposed to or are being treated for COVID-19.
