Help Your Customers Make a “Splash” with WiFi

Your customers can be using their guest WiFi to help drive sales and create customer loyalty, and the place to start is a splash page.

A splash page is the webpage that opens up when customers or visitors begin to log into a WiFi network. It’s the first virtual impression they have of a business, and it’s a prime location for your customer’s marketing message.

Do they want to offer a special, today-only discount? Are they staying open later tonight? Is new merchandise arriving soon? Let customers know by placing that message right where they are looking — a splash page.

Building a splash page doesn’t have to be difficult.  Joel Warburton, Director of Business Internet and Commercial WiFi Product Management at Comcast Business, has put together tips to help create an effective splash page. Read the tips here, and be sure to share this information with your customers.
