City Church of New Castle Continues Services Virtually with Comcast Business

Comcast Business is providing City Church of New Castle with reliable and scalable internet solutions needed to stream services during state social distancing and shelter in place mandates.

When the COVID-19 pandemic required them to move their Sunday and mid-week services solely online, City Church knew they would require access to fast and reliable internet service in order to continue to reach their congregation.

After experiencing difficulties streaming services from a smartphone, they turned to Comcast Business Internet for the speed and bandwidth needed to support this. The internet services were up and running quickly – enabling City Church to live stream their worship services in high definition on their social media page the following week. Having reliable internet has also allowed them to pre-record and upload their mid-week services.

“We at City Church can’t thank Comcast Business enough. We were in a real jam trying to figure out the best way to stream our worship services, and they really went above and beyond to get us up and running in a day,” said Pastor Josh Watts of City Church of New Castle.
